Small Business Website Hosting. Host It Like It Matters.
Vessel is Norzer's small business website hosting and technical operations layer. Two ways in. Vessel Base keeps your site online. Vessel Managed keeps it online, secure, fast, backed up, patched, and fixed when it breaks, usually before you notice anything happened. You focus on your business. We handle the geeky stuff.
// The Problem
A Broken Website Is a Closed Front Door.
Your site goes down on a Friday night. Nobody notices until Monday. That is a weekend of calls that never came, forms that never submitted, and customers who found your competitor instead. The lead did not get delayed. It got lost.
Most small business websites sit on cheap hosting with nobody watching them. A plugin update fires at 2 a.m. and takes the contact form with it. A vulnerability sits open for eight months. A backup was never configured in the first place. The site looks fine right up until the day it does not, and by then the damage is already booked as lost revenue.
This is the fragile state most local businesses are running in right now, and they do not know it because nothing has broken yet.

// WHAT VESSEL IS
Small Business Hosting Plus Everything That Keeps Hosting From Becoming Your Problem.
Vessel is where your Entity Home lives and the layer that keeps it running. Not a server you rent and then babysit yourself. A place your site sits while somebody who knows what they are looking at watches it.
Every hour you spend dealing with hosting problems, broken contact forms, a hacked site, or email landing in spam is an hour you are not generating revenue. That is the entire argument. Vessel exists so those hours go back to your customers.

Vessel Base. Vessel Managed. Pick Your Level.

Vessel Base
$25
/mo
Pay annually and get 1 month of free hosting.
Hosting. That is the deal, stated plainly.
Whats included
What Base does not do: probes, security checks, patching, backups, updates, break/fix, uptime or screenshot monitoring, broken link detection, or email authentication monitoring. If something breaks, it stays broken until you fix it or move up. Base is for the owner who has a developer already, or who genuinely wants to run their own tech. That is a real choice and we will not talk you out of it. It is survivalism, and some people prefer it

Hosting, and every technical thing that hosting drags behind it. Handled.
Whats included
// THE WHOLE STACK. ONE PARTNER.
Nothing Breaks. Nothing Slips. Every Day Is Exactly the Same
[ 1 ]
24/7 automated probes
Our probes do not keep business hours. They run at 3 a.m. on a Sunday, while you are asleep and while your competitor’s site is quietly falling over. A probe catches the thing that would have become a Friday night outage on Tuesday afternoon, while it is still small and still cheap.
[ 2 ]
Patch and Protect
When a zero-day exploit hits WordPress, there is a window between the exploit going public and the plugin author shipping a fix. That window can be days. Attackers automate against it within hours. We do not wait for the vendor. We apply a patch on the fly to close the hole immediately, then swap it out for the official fix when it lands. Almost nobody at this price does this. Most hosts will tell you to wait for the update.
[ 3 ]
Redundant security checks with free remediation
Not one scanner. Multiple, independent checks, because a single tool with a blind spot is a blind spot. Monitoring is not a report you get after the fact. If your site gets compromised, we clean it up and restore it. No incident fee. No emergency rate. It is included because a hacked site is a site Google flags and customers bounce from.
[ 4 ]
Performance monitoring with free fixes
Slow sites lose leads before the page finishes loading. If performance degrades, we find why and fix it at no additional cost.
[ 5 ]
Free break/fix, currently unlimited
Plugin conflicts. Broken contact forms. Theme conflicts. White screens. Whatever breaks, we fix. Freelancers charge $50 to $100 per hour for this and they do not know your setup. We built it, so we already do. This is currently unlimited and reviewable as Norzer scales.
[ 6 ]
Redundant backups
One backup in one place is not a backup. It is a single point of failure with a reassuring name. Your site is backed up to separate locations, so a failure that takes out one does not take out the other. Running without that is not a strategy. It is a bet. We take that bet off the table.
[ 7 ]
Centralized WordPress management
Your core, theme, and plugin updates run through one managed system instead of somebody logging into a dashboard when they remember to. WordPress updates are the single most common way small business sites break. You never have to decide whether clicking the button is safe, because you are never the one clicking it.
[ 8 ]
Uptime monitoring
If your site goes down, we know. Not you, not a customer, not a review that says the website never loads. We investigate and get it back online.
[ 9 ]
Screenshot monitoring
Uptime only answers one question: is the server responding. A site can return a perfect status code while the mobile header is collapsed, the phone number has vanished, and the quote form no longer submits. We capture images of your pages at set intervals and compare them against the last known good version, so we are checking how your site renders in a real browser instead of just reading its code. Layout breaks, missing content, injected ads, and visual tampering get caught by looking, because a code scanner never sees any of it.
[ 13 ]
Your own support room
Not a ticket queue. Not a chatbot. Not a script read by someone in a call center who has never seen your site. You get a dedicated room with technicians who know your business name, your setup, and what you had us change last month. When you show up with a problem, nobody asks you to explain your website first.
[ 10 ]
Broken link detection
Broken links leak two things at once: visitors who hit a dead end and leave, and the ranking authority those links were carrying. We scan for 404s and dead internal links and repair them, so the pages you paid to rank keep passing value instead of bleeding it.
[ 11 ]
SSL certificate expiration monitoring
An expired certificate replaces your website with a full screen browser warning telling visitors your site is not safe. Every lead stops that day. We track your certificate and renew it before it lapses, so the warning never appears.
[ 12 ]
Email Authentication Monitoring
Every email sent from your domain gets tracked and verified. We monitor SPF, DKIM, and DMARC compliance continuously so spoofed emails and deliverability issues get caught before they damage your reputation or land your quotes in a spam folder. Most agencies do not offer this. Most agencies do not know it matters.
Your Site Should Never Be the Reason You Lost a Lead.
Every minute your site is down, slow, or broken is a minute a potential customer clicked away and called someone else. Vessel keeps your site online, fast, secure, and fixed before you notice a problem. Pick your tier and let us handle everything under the hood.
// THE SILENT FIX
Most of It Gets Fixed Before You Ever Find Out.
Here is what actually happens on Vessel Managed. A plugin update ships a conflict at 2 a.m. A probe catches it. A technician fixes it. Your site was never down. Your contact form never stopped working. Nobody called you. You woke up, checked your email, and got on with your day.
That is the whole product. Not a dashboard for you to watch. Not an alert for you to interpret. Not a ticket for you to file. We find it, we fix it, and the first you hear about it is the summary, if we bother to send one. Your site keeps running and your leads keep landing, right where it belongs.

Your Current Host Does Almost None of This.
Big hosting sells you a slice of a server and a support article. Everything past that is your problem, priced per incident and answered by someone reading from a script.
Ask your current host whether they patch zero-days before the vendor does. Ask whether anyone looks at a picture of your site to confirm it still renders. Ask whether they monitor your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. Ask whether your certificate expiring is tracked by a person or by luck. Ask whether the technician who answers knows your business name.
We are betting you already know the answers.

What Business Owners Ask About the Vessel
What is the actual difference between Vessel Base and Vessel Managed?
Base is hosting. Your site lives on our infrastructure and stays online. Managed is hosting plus every technical thing that keeps a site healthy: security monitoring and remediation, backups, plugin and core updates, performance fixes, uptime monitoring, email authentication monitoring, and unlimited break/fix. On Base, if your site breaks, it stays broken until you fix it. On Managed, we fix it.
Is break/fix really unlimited?
Yes, currently. If something breaks, we fix it, and there is no per-incident charge. This is reviewable as Norzer scales, and if it ever changes, existing clients hear it from us directly and in advance.
Who actually answers when I have a problem?
A technician in your dedicated support room who knows your business and your site. Not a ticket queue, not a chatbot, and not an entry level rep several time zones away reading a script.
Why is Vessel not called managed hosting?
Because managed hosting is a commodity term that means whatever the company selling it wants it to mean. Vessel is a managed operations layer. Hosting is one part of it. Security remediation, break/fix, and email authentication monitoring are not things most hosting companies do at any price.
What happens if my site gets hacked on Vessel Managed?
We remediate and restore it. No cleanup fee. Security monitoring is there to catch it early, and remediation is included when it is not caught early enough.
Will you tell me when something breaks?
Usually after we have already fixed it, and only if it is worth your attention. The point of Managed is that you are not the escalation path. If a probe catches a conflict at 2 a.m. and a technician resolves it, that is not a decision that needed you in it.
Can I get Vessel if Norzer did not build my website?
Yes. If you have an existing WordPress site you want handled, Vessel covers it.
What is Patch and Protect?
When a zero-day exploit goes public, there is a gap between the vulnerability being known and the plugin author releasing a fix. That gap can run days. Automated attacks start within hours. Patch and Protect closes the hole ourselves during that gap, then hands off to the official fix when it ships. Most hosts tell you to wait for the update. Waiting is how sites get compromised.
Do I need Vessel to work with Norzer on SEO?
No. Vessel is a separate product. You can host with us or not.
Can I move from Base to Managed later?
Yes, any time. Most owners move up after the first thing breaks. You are welcome to move up before that instead.
