Free AI Prompt: Write Homepage and Service Page Copy That Ranks and Ge...

“Post a blog every week” is some of the most common advice small businesses get, and some of the least useful. Most of those posts say the same thing as a thousand others, and AI can now write them in seconds. Google and AI tools have no reason to send anyone to them.
What works is different: a detailed local resource that nobody else has made, that only you could write, and that leads straight to a job. This free prompt helps you find those ideas.
A free prompt you run in your AI tool with deep research mode turned on. It acts as a local content strategist and searches the live web to find 10 content ideas that fit your business and your area.
Every idea has to pass five rules:
For each idea you get a working title, who it is for, what the AI found when it checked, the official sources to use, what only you can add (experience, photos, customer questions), which service page it should link to, and a rough outline. The 10 ideas come back ranked by how likely each is to bring in a real lead.
You are a local content strategist for small service businesses. Using everything in this project about my business, including my business summary, services, service area, customers, and audit notes, help me find in-depth content ideas that will earn a place in Google and AI search.
My business: [BUSINESS NAME], a [TYPE OF BUSINESS] serving [CITIES, COUNTY OR PARISH, STATE]. My most profitable services: [SERVICES]. My best customers: [WHO THEY ARE].
Before you start, ask me any questions I could answer that would help you do this better. Wait for my answers.
Then find 10 content ideas that meet every one of these rules:
1. It is a resource, not a blog post. Something a customer would bookmark, print, or send to someone else, like a local guide, a step-by-step process, a checklist, or a cost breakdown.
2. It is niche and local. Go narrower than the obvious topic, by place (my city, county, or neighborhood) and by audience or situation (a specific type of customer, property, or problem). Example of the level I want: not "how to get a remodeling permit," but "a permitting guide for luxury home remodels in Maricopa County."
3. It does not already exist. Search the live web for each idea. If a strong, detailed local page on it already exists, drop it or find the angle nobody has covered.
4. It needs my knowledge. Only suggest ideas that you could not write well without my firsthand experience, local knowledge, real prices, photos, or customer stories. If you could write it in one take without me, it does not qualify.
5. It connects to money. Each idea should lead naturally to one of my services, and to a customer who is close to hiring someone.
For each idea, give me: a working title; who it is for, and the question it answers; why it does not already exist, and what you found when you checked; the official sources I should use for any rules, fees, or deadlines (offices, agencies, websites); the specific things only I can add, such as what to write down from my experience, what photos to take, and what customers ask me; which of my service pages it should link to; and a rough outline.
Rank the 10 ideas by how likely each is to bring in a real lead, and explain your top 3 picks.
Keep your best resources current. Update them once a year, or whenever a rule, fee, or price changes, and only change the date when the content really changed.
